Academic Services at Woodridge Local School District

At Woodridge, we believe every student deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed. The Office of Academic Services is here to make that happen, working every day to support great teaching, meaningful learning, and a school community where every student thrives. Student Achievement is our #1 priority. That's not just a motto, it's the reason behind every decision we make.

Our teachers are the heart of what we do. We invest in ongoing professional learning, collaborative coaching, and meaningful feedback so that every educator has the tools and support they need to bring out the best in every student. Through our Collegial Coach model, teachers work together in teams, using real student data to sharpen their practice and deepen their impact.

We know that students come to us with different strengths, challenges, and stories. That's why we work to meet every learner where they are:

Gifted Services - Challenging and enriching the experience of students who are ready to go further and fly higher.
English Learner (EL) Services - Welcoming and supporting students who are building their English skills while honoring the languages and cultures they bring to our community.
MTSS & PBIS - Connecting students to the right academic and social-emotional support at the right time, so no one falls through the cracks.
Standardized Assessments - We use tools like STAR Benchmarks and Ohio State Tests to get a clear picture of how students are doing and where we can do better.
